Adjacent to Sofield Park with a sandy beach and grassy lawn- 2 kayaks and a paddle board are provided for guest use! Walk to the marina, dog park, and golf course, with top-tier biking and hiking trails nearby. The Space: Spacious living areas with fireplaces, SmartTVs, and lake views. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms— King, 2 Queens, and a bunk room (4 Twins). Outdoor: Covered deck with BBQ, plus a lower deck leading to the park and lakeshore. Nearby: ~20 minutes to downtown Bellingham, dining, arts, and scenic hikes.

A maximum of 3 vehicles can fit in our designated parking area in front of the house. Any extra vehicles must be parked in Marina with an SVCA pass. Vehicles parked on street subject to tickets and fines from SVCA

We pride ourselves on being good neighbors and ask that you treat the home and our neighbors as you would your own. By following these guidelines, you will ensure that the home stays in great condition for those who follow and that we uphold our promise to our neighbors. We strictly enforce the following rules: - No parking additional vehicles alongside the road (this is prohibited by the HOA). Please keep all vehicles in the driveway / behind the white lines of the road. - No smoking or vaping, including the outside areas surrounding the property - No parties - No firearms - No drug use - No fireworks/hazardous materials - Guests are required to follow Sudden Valley Pet Regulations. Dogs are to be under control at all times (i.e. in the house or approved kennel, or on a leash). - No unapproved overnight guests Any unapproved overnight guests will result in an automatic fine of $500 minimum, with the potential for a higher charge depending on the severity of the violation. Guests use the property, including all indoor and outdoor areas, at their own risk. Please exercise caution and supervise children and pets at all times.

This house was absolutely perfect for a getaway with multiple families with kids! We never left the house the entire trip- the waterfront is right in your backyard, the water is shallow and warm, there is a little beach perfect for kids to play. The house has space for multiple families, water toys/kayaks/paddle boards, and even a closet full of toys and games! We will definitely be back here next year.

Me and family had a great time staying at Emma’s lake house. We loved sitting on the deck taking in the sun and scenery. We loved being able to walk right down to the lake at anytime for a dip or to use the provided kayaks and paddle board. Our kids loved having access to toys and games. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable. Emma was so helpful and responsive to any questions we had and was proactive in communicating instructions for check in and check out. She even let us know that we had left something behind and we were able to go back and pick it up (thankfully we were still close by!) Would definitely stay here again!
