Welcome! Across the street from Echo Falls Golf Course this centrally located home is 10 minutes to Woodinville wineries, 15 minutes to Downtown Snohomish shops, restaurants, bars & wedding venues, & easy access to Hwy 2 for outdoor recreation. This 3bd/1bth house is perfectly set up for a group of 6. This unit (A) is part of a duplex but has no shared walls with the other unit. Good to know

The primary bedroom has a memory foam King-size bed with views looking out to the serene backyard. Sit back on the comfortable patio furniture with your morning coffee from the Keurig, or enjoy the evening sun with a glass of wine from one of the many local wineries nearby. The other two bedrooms have memory foam Queen-size beds. All rooms have closets with hangers provided. Lay back and catch up on all your favorite shows on the 55" Smart TV. We have an A/C unit in the living room that cools the whole house, extra fans or heaters can be found in the bedroom closets. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, large farmhouse style sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig (with complimentary coffee, tea and sugar), and all the necessary cookware to create delicious home-cooked meals during your stay. Other Details to Note

Echo Lake is a short 4 minute drive from the house. There is a public boat launch located on the south side of the lake for non-motorized boats - it's the perfect spot to cool off on a hot summer day, or enjoy kayaking or paddle boarding!

Echo Lake A is part of a duplex. Echo Lake B is also available on Airbnb, so please be mindful and respectful of other guests. Park in designated areas in front of the unit, and follow the quiet hours of 10pm - 8am. The back patio is divided by privacy trees. Guests use the property, including all indoor and outdoor areas, at their own risk. Please exercise caution and supervise children and pets at all times.

Echo Lake A is in the heart of it all! If you're looking for some adventure, the Paradise Valley Hiking Trail is only 4 miles away. Or hop on Highway 2 and head to the Cascade Mountains for more extreme hikes and outdoor recreation - popular Wallace Falls trailhead is a short 30 minute drive! Echo Lake (4 min) - non-motorized boat launch, swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle-boarding. Maltby Cafe (5 min) - winner of several awards for Best Breakfast in Seattle, and don't forget to order a cinnamon roll! 130+ Woodinville Wineries all within a 10 min drive, including Washington's oldest winery, Chateau Ste Michelle - their property includes 105 wooded acres and craftsman-style architecture. Don't forget to check their summer concert lineup! Echo Falls Golf Course (<1 min) - whether you're looking to golf, or just in need of a delicious meal - Striker's Bar & Grill was recently renovated and overlooks the 17th and 18th holes! Historic Downtown Snohomish is a mere 15 minute drive with plentiful shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, bakeries, antique shops, and even sky diving! Guest Access

The guesthouse is part of a duplex. Your unit (A) has a private keypad entrance, designated parking spaces, bedrooms, bath, living, dining, kitchen, laundry and private back patio. There are no shared walls between the units - a converted garage separates the units and is blocked off as storage/supplies and is not accessible by either unit.

Our family of 6 stayed and it was comfortable, and well stocked! We were able to cook, and clean up after ourselves easily. The toys and games were a lovely perk for our 4 kids. The bedrooms were comfortable, and bathroom was clean and spacious. Emma was incredibly accommodating and a great communicator. 10/10 would recommend!

Had a fantastic extended stay here while our place was under renovation. Host was very helpful and responsive. Went out of the way to make us feel at home during a hectic renovation. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone needing a great place to stay.

Find us

Centrally located- minutes from Woodinville, Snohomish, Monroe and Bothell. Easy access to SR-522, Hwy 2, Hwy 9 and I-405. There are 3 dedicated parking spots for Airbnb guests right in front of the Airbnb. Oversized vehicles (RVs, boat trailers, etc.) can be easily accommodated with the horseshoe style driveway but will need to be coordinated with the host ahead of time.
